Dear Prospective Students and Parents,

We are pleased to announce the official results of the Entrance Examination taken on July 20-21, 2017. The list of successful applicants will be announced according to the grades (ranking) of the entrance exam.

  • The first list of successful applicants will be announced on August 9 (Wed) and will be effective and valid only by August 25 (Fri), 2017.
  • The second list of successful applicants will be announced on August 28 (Mon) and will be effective and valid only by Sep 6(Wed), 2017

Those students who are lower in the ranking of the entrance exam will be offered a place in case any of students in the upper list cancel the admission registration or will not be able to meet the tuition fee payment deadline.

Registration Procedure & Tuition Payment

Please carefully follow the instructions below in order to complete the admission and registration.  Failure to follow the registration procedure may result in a denial of admission to IUT.

  1. Announcement of the first list of successful applicants – August 9 (Wed), 2017
  2. Contract: each successful student should bring his/her original passport.

       (Parents or other representatives of a student will not be allowed to sign and/or collect the Contract)

  1. Location: 1st floor of IUT main building
  2. Period: August 9 (Wed) ~ 25(Fri) from 9:00~17:00 (13:00~14:00 lunch time)
  3. Deadline: August 25 (Fri), 2017

3. Tuition Fee should be paid in the national currency of the Republic of Uzbekistan based on the exchange rate of Central Bank of Republic of Uzbekistan on the day of payment.

ø Tuition payment should be made not less than 25% of the annual amount of tuition shown in the table by August 25 (Fri), 2017 which is considered as the first period of tuition payment.

 

4. Appealing Procedure: IUT will open an appealing counter where students with one of their parents may have a chance to know more details of the students’ performance at the Entrance Exam.

Appealing can only be arranged on the appointment basis.

  1. For appointment, you should write a request letter for appeal by 17:00 August 10, 2017.
  2. The results of appealing will be announced on August 25(Fri)

 

5. Announcement of the second list of successful applicants - August 28 (Tue), 2017

When vacancy in the enrollment occurs, IUT will announce the second list of successful students on August 28 (Tue), 2017. Those in the second list who are willing to enroll in IUT must follow the same steps of the above by making a contract and paying the tuition by September 6 (Wed), 2017.

6. Founder’s Grant Recipients for SOCIE

  1. Ceremony of Certificate Presentation: Details will be informed later
  2. Obligation of Founder’s Grant recipient is to work for the founder company for 5 years after graduation.
  3. Selection of company: Student will have chance to choose his/her preference and details will be informed later.

Orientation

The Office of Student Affairs organizes the orientation on September 7 (Wed) & 8(Thurs), 2017 at 10:00am for newcomers to IUT for making a better and successful university life.

Dormitory

If you like to stay in the dormitory during your studies, please fill out this form and submit to the Office of Students Affairs.

 

How to find out your grades of the entrance exam

In order to find out your grades of the entrance exam, please click the link

ø Application ID, Passport Number (for example: AA0000000), and Date of Birth (YYYYMMDD) should be entered to check your grade.

Benefits for Pre-University students

Inha University in Tashkent provides following benefits to the students of the Pre-University courses:

  • Students will be exempted from taking the IUT entrance examination if they get 60 points for each subject during the final examination.
  • Only Pre-University students have a second chance to take the entrance examination.
