Kids’ courses

Children’s courses at the Center for Continuing Education at INHA University in Tashkent are courses for secondary school students (grades 6-10). The courses are designed to gain theoretical and practical knowledge in the subjects of mathematics, physics, English and programming. The training takes place from scratch.
Students can choose the language of instruction: Russian or Uzbek.
For the convenience of students, there are 2 shifts of training: morning (9.00-13.00) and afternoon (14.00-18.00).

Qualified teachers, comfortable and modern classrooms, as well as an effective training program that allows you to significantly increase the level of knowledge on the subject in the shortest possible time. In addition, the courses have a monthly knowledge control (every 12 classes).

Mathematics 

The course is intended for students in grades 6-10.

Intensive courses help students take their school curriculum from scratch to a higher level. Our experienced teachers will help you study the subject in depth, improve your school grades and prepare for the Olympic Games. Based on the results of intermediate exams, students are assigned to the first (Advanced) and second (Primary) levels. 

Classes are held 3 times a week for 80 minutes.

Physics 

The course is intended for students in grades 6-10.

Intensive courses help students take their school curriculum from scratch to a higher level. Our experienced teachers will help you study the subject in depth, improve your school grades and prepare for the Olympic Games. Based on the results of intermediate exams, students are assigned to the first (Advanced) and second (Primary) levels. 

Classes are held 3 times a week for 80 minutes.

General English  

The course is designed to help students quickly master English and focus on four key language skills — reading, writing, listening and speaking, with a lot of additional work on vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation. The course program is developed on the basis of the latest editions of books from Oxford University Press, according to the methodology of teaching a communicative language (Communicative language teaching). The General English course includes the following levels:

  • A1 - Elementary 
  • A2 - Pre-intermediate
  • B1 - Intermediate
  • B2 - Upper-intermediate

Before enrolling in the course, the child must pass a test to determine the level, according to the results of which the student is assigned to the appropriate group. 

Classes are held 3 times a week for 80 minutes.
After completing each stage, students take an exam to advance to the next level.

Web-basics  

The course is designed for children without basic computer knowledge. In this course, children will master computer literacy (keyboard shortcuts, extensions, creating folders and files, downloading pictures or videos from the Internet, how to use the browser, improving typing skills); learn how to work on projects (planning, content, design). 

This course is a starter course for learning how to create websites and consists of 4 stages: HTML (allows you to add content to a web page), CSS (sets the styles and appearance of a web page), Javascript (improves the behavior of a web page), Javascript Essentials. 

During the training, students will be able to master the basics of programming and the features of each of the sections.  

Classes are held 3 times a week for 80 minutes. Every 4th lesson, students write independent papers. At the end of the course, projects are defended. 

Python  

Python is a high–level programming language that is designed to create various types of applications. This course is a great choice for those who are starting to learn programming. Thanks to this language, students will be able to create different programs, telegram bots, games and applications. In addition, it has a large number of libraries and is available for open use.

Classes are held 3 times a week for 80 minutes. Every 4th lesson, students write independent papers. At the end of the course, projects are defended.
