Panel Session “AI for Social Good”

On September 19, as part of the ICTWEEK Uzbekistan 2024, the rector of Inha University in Tashkent participated in the panel session “AI for Social Good,” where the application of artificial intelligence was discussed. The session also featured leading IT experts, including Sadullayev Sarvarbek, Head of the Department of Development of AI Technologies; Sandeep Kularni, Founder and CEO of ImageProVision; Elvira Chache, Executive Director, AI Journey; Bobur Abdullayev, Rector of Amity University; and Alexander Krainov, Director of AI Development, Yandex.

The discussion covered key aspects of implementing artificial intelligence to address social and economic challenges. Global trends and opportunities that AI presents for Central Asian countries were also examined.
