On the 30th of August, a delegation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea arrived at Inha University in Tashkent.
The delegation was consist of:
Head of the Inter-Parliamentary Diplomatic Forum on Cooperation with the Parliaments of the CIS Countries of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea and Head of the Delegation Mr. Chu Mi-e;
Member of the Committee on Science, Technology, Information and Telecommunications of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea, Chairman of the Korea-Uzbekistan Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Association Mr. Byung Jae-il;
Member of the National Policy Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea, Mr. Kim Joon Hong;
Member of the Education Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea, Mr. So Yong Kyo;
Vice Chairman of the Committee on Environmental Protection and Labor Relations of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea, Mr. Shin Chang Hyun and other representatives.
Acting Rector Mr. Muzaffar Djalalov and First Vice-Rector Mr. Cho Wusug talked about the history of the creation of the first South Korean University abroad and the academic activities of the University, created by the conditions for faculty and students.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for cooperation.
