Acting rector of IUT has elected to the Mirzo-Ulugbek district as a deputy

In his pre-election program, the acting rector of IUT offered specific projects aimed at improving the quality of education for the population.

Muzaffar Djalalov nominated by UzLiDep party for the eighth “Buyuk Ipak Yoli” election council in Mirzo Ulugbek district. On January 15, the acting rector of the university received a certificate and a badge of party membership and been officially confirmed as a deputy.

“First of all, I want to thank all the citizens who have trusted me and voted for me. I do not make unreal promises: free travel for citizens, building new roads, and more. I have study all the time and still keep studying! I am sure it is never too late to learn, it does not matter if you are 5 or 60 years old. People lives to learn new and interesting things, to try himself in new areas. As a person of education and science, I offered to the local population of “Buyuk Ipak Yoli” and “Elobod” streets several educational projects for children“, – said rector.

One of the promises of the acting rector is the 60+ project for free computer training for people of retirement age. Muzaffar Djalalov happy to offer the free of charge IT course for the children from large and low-income families. IUT teachers are ready to train for teachers in mathematics, physics, computer science and English in schools of the Mirzo-Ulugbek district.

Muzaffar Djalalov is the youngest head of the university in the Republic. He appointed to this post in August 2018.Before that, he worked in the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and the State Unitary Enterprise “UNICON.UZ”. He is a graduate of Tashkent University of Information Technology. He has a master’s degree from Yeungnam University in South Korea. At the age of 30, he defended his PhD degree. Muzaffar Djalalov can fluently speaks in four languages: Uzbek, Russian, English, and Korean. Muzaffar Djalalov entered the Top-35 young leaders of the country.
