Project DreamJob School ends

A two-day DreamJob School training was held on 4 and 5 February at Inha University in Tashkent (IUT).

The speakers were Khilola Suleymanova, Anna Efimova and Diyora Parpieva.

DreamJob School is a social project of DaVinci Managament Consulting, whose aim is to educate students about career planning.

During the two-day training, the speakers taught the students on current topics, such as career planning, job-hunting, find out about the most efficient tools for search of jobs, write resumes and learn how to pass interviews and much more.

The acting Rector of Inha University in Tashkent (IUT) Muzaffar Djalalov also took part in the training. He shared his own experience with the participants of the training, talked about how he created his own CV.

The topics discussed included the importance of writing a motivation letter, successful negotiation with employers.

IUT students received a list of endangered and relevant occupations of the future. The speakers also spoke about the rules of the interview and how important the choice of strategy for managing a career is.
