Presidential Election for Student Association of IUT

On November 8th, the first round of elections for the President of the Student Association was held at Inha University in Tashkent. In particular, the university’s vice-rectors conducted interviews in English, Russian, and Uzbek with candidates for the position of President of the Student Association. The students were asked questions about their goals and plans.

As a result of the interviews, 3 students out of 5 candidates advanced to this stage.
1. Yan Sergey (4th-year student)
2. Akhorov Romiz (3rd-year student)
3. Rakhimjonov Odil (2nd-year student)

The candidates will now start their campaign for their candidacy and participate in open debates tomorrow.
