Leading Specialist, PR and Admission Office

PR and Admission Office is a vital part of the university, responsible for managing the entire student admission cycle—from initial inquiry to enrollment. This role is focused on ensuring a smooth, transparent, and student-friendly admission process while actively contributing to outreach, recruitment, and application evaluation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess applications for undergraduate and graduate admissions.
  • Guide prospective students and their families through the admission process, including eligibility, documentation, program selection, and deadlines.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person about university programs, admission criteria, and application procedures.
  • Support applicants throughout the online application process, including troubleshooting technical or document-related issues.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events such as open houses, school visits, campus tours, and educational fairs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high schools, education agencies, and other key partners to attract qualified applicants.
  • Maintain accurate admission records and ensure timely communication with applicants regarding their admission status.
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of new admission strategies and policies to improve student recruitment.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to align admissions processes with program-specific requirements and timelines.
  • Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders during peak admission periods.

Professional Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with student information systems and online application portals is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Uzbek, Russian, and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with prospective students, families, and partner institutions.

Job Description: We are seeking a Tutor for the Student Affairs and Support Center. This unique role combines academic tutoring with mentorship and team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding students through their academic journey, offering personalized mentorship, and leading small student groups to foster teamwork, collaboration, and a sense of community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentoring: Provide ongoing academic and personal support to students, helping them navigate challenges both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and support student groups, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and peer support among group members.
  • Conduct one-on-one and group tutoring sessions, assisting students with course material and academic skills development.
  • Encourage a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment within the student community.
  • Help students with study strategies, time management, exam preparation, and effective communication.
  • Serve as a role model and provide guidance on academic success, career planning, and personal development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong command of the English language is required.
  • Previous experience in mentoring or tutoring is essential for this role.
