Rector of Inha University in Tashkent

Abdullaev Bobur Sagdullayevich

Was born on 16 March 1988 in Tashkent and has shown an interest in technology and education since a young age. He is a leading expert in information technology and digital transformation in Uzbekistan.

After graduating from the Tashkent University of Information Technology (TUIT), Bobur Abdullaev continued his professional development at the Korean Institute for Training Civil Servants. His career spans work in leading public and private organizations, including Uzbektelecom and the Ministry for the Development of Information Technology and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan (now the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan).

Since 2019, he has the director of Amity University in Tashkent. Today, as the rector of Inha University, he is actively implementing innovative educational programs aimed at training specialists of the highest caliber. Under his leadership, the university is striving to meet international standards by providing students with up-to-date knowledge and advanced technologies.
