On September 24, the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher and Secondary-Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a seminar on «The role of media and information literacy in strengthening ideological immunity of youth».

The seminar was devoted to the discussion of methods and tools for developing and strengthening the ideological immunity of young people to develop their skills in working with information and data in the media, various social networks, evaluating media texts, analyzing their content and essence.

Vice-rector for youth policy of Inha University in Tashkent, Doctor of Political Sciences T.Tursunmuratov made a presentation on «Actual issues of strengthening the ideological immunity of youth in the context of the development of information and communication systems».

The seminar was attended through the ZOOM platform by representatives of universities and schools operating in the country and other experts.
