The MBA in Digital Transformation program is tailored to equip students with the skills and knowledge essential for navigating and leading in the rapidly evolving landscape of the 4th Industrial Revolution. The program emphasizes the integration of emerging technologies—such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, and Cloud Computing—into business practices and strategy, preparing students to be leaders in the digital economy.This program is a 1+1 MBA, where students complete their first year (two semesters) at Inha university in Tashkent(IUT) in Uzbekistan and the second year (two semesters) at Inha University in South Korea. The course structure is designed to provide students with both theoretical knowledge and practical exposure to how digital transformation is reshaping industries worldwide.
Local Subjects
This course introduces students to blockchain, a revolutionary technology that enables peer-to-peer transfer of digital assets without intermediaries, and is anticipated to be as impactful as the Internet. Students will gain a deep understanding of the foundational concepts of blockchain, as well as the skills necessary to design, implement, and deploy smart contracts and decentralized applications.Throughout the course, students will explore various blockchain platforms, including industry-specific platforms, and gain exposure to a wide range of innovative applications of blockchain technology across different sectors. The course will cover essential topics such as the cryptographic principles that underpin blockchain technology, and provide hands-on experience with developing decentralized applications on private Ethereum blockchain platforms.
This course provides a foundational understanding of cloud computing, exploring core concepts, service models, and deployment strategies. Students will examine the technologies that enable modern cloud solutions and gain insights into serverless computing principles. The course also covers major public, private, and hybrid cloud platforms, enabling students to analyze and compare established cloud offerings.Through hands-on learning and real-world case studies, students will investigate leading cloud service providers, evaluate cloud applications in a business context, and develop strategies for leveraging cloud technologies to improve organizational performance. Practical components include deploying, configuring, and monitoring cloud-hosted websites.
The following course provides a fundamental understanding of digital marketing theories and its applications. The course is designed for postgraduate students, who have basic understanding of principles of marketing. The course structure promotes the development of students’ ability to understand the basic theories and concepts that founds the digital marketing today, as well as skills to apply them in practice. The 60% of the course is devoted for the development of a knowledge on basic theory and concepts in this field, and 40% of the course content is allocated for practical application of these concepts. The course starts with the discussion of the marketing evolution and the rise of mass media, extending further to the understanding of the factors that have caused marketing to be disrupted. The course explores the established and emerging digital marketing channels, and explains the strategic importance of precision targeting and programmatic advertising. All these topics are discussed in the context of contemporary trends in the digital marketing landscape, that enables students to develop skills to understand the future opportunities for the marketers and implement a value generating marketing strategy.
