On May 27, a hackathon titled “Data Visualization” was held, organized by the Ministry of Digital Technologies in collaboration with the UN and ITU. The data visualization hackathon aimed to harness the creative and analytical abilities of young people to uncover digital inequality within the country/region and between demographic and socio-economic groups.
Students Mehrol Bazarov and Sarvar Bazarov from Inha University in Tashkent secured the prestigious first place. They successfully highlighted societal digital inequality and visualized the data to make this inequality apparent, while also proposing solutions to these issues.
Congratulations to our students on this remarkable achievement! 🥇🎉
