Saidakbarkhon Mirzayev is a graduate of the Faculty of the School of Logistics, who graduated from Inha University in Tashkent in 2021. Today he is the Deputy director of Wildberries in Uzbekistan.
Saidakbarkhon admits that INHA was the best decision for him when he was looking for an international education without leaving his native country.:
“At that time, INHA was, without exaggeration, among the leaders. I have seen many countries, but there is nothing more native than the Fatherland. At the same time, I wanted to get a high—quality education, and I found it here.”
Admission was not given immediately — it was not possible to enroll the first time:
“I was confident, but I didn’t pass. Of course, he was upset. But then I went to the second appointment and realized that the main thing was not to give up.”
During his studies, Saidakbarkhon especially appreciated the atmosphere of independence and trust that the Inha educational system creates.:
“No one will follow you, remind you or persuade you. It all depends on you. As in life, I didn’t study, I didn’t pass. It fosters discipline and responsibility.”
Today, Inha’s diploma continues to speak for itself.:
“At the interviews, when we heard about INHA, there were no more questions about education. The university provides a powerful reputational support.”
Saidakbarkhon’s responsibilities include operational management, management of the company’s project portfolio, development of logistics infrastructure and support for local key partners of the platform. Such activities require a strategic approach, high adaptability and constant interaction with the market.
The education he received at Inha became an important professional foundation for him: the skills of structural thinking, teamwork and understanding of logistical processes helped him quickly integrate into the corporate environment and take on managerial tasks.
Now Saidakbarkhon is sure that the years of study are not just learning, but a time of formation. He advises students to make the most of this period.
“Don’t be afraid of change. Develop in different directions, strengthen communication skills and build a strong network — there’s no place without it.”
