On May 22, 2024, an international conference on “Prospects of Artificial Intelligence in Public Administration: Korean Experience” was held at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The conference was attended by the leadership and representatives of the Academy, employees of ministries and departments, and representatives of the Korean side.
During the conference, participants delivered presentations on relevant topics, and the Rector of Inha University in Tashkent, Muzaffar Djalalov, shared his experience and knowledge in the field of AI. The role of Inha University in Tashkent was highlighted, emphasizing the importance of integrating advanced technologies into public administration to enhance the efficiency and transparency of processes. Inha University in Tashkent has established an AI class, and the Rector discussed future plans, including the launch of AI training for civil servants in collaboration with the Academy.
The conference concluded with a Q&A session.
At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to fully support all previously discussed initiatives and to implement a joint educational program for the training of executive personnel as soon as possible.
