“Leadership and Change Management in the Digital Age”

On May 16, the Employers Association of Uzbekistan in conjunction with Severstal – Unified Service Center (USC) hosted a conference at Inha University in Tashkent on the topic of “Leadership and Change Management in the Digital Age”.
 Participants learned about the most effective methods and models of personnel management in the context of rapid development of digital technologies and changes, discussed the role and influence of leadership on successful digital transformation, and participated in a discussion on financial aspects in HR.
