Mirvokhid Azimov, a student at Inha University in Tashkent, took part in the regional stage of the Huawei ICT Competition 2025-2026.

On December 23, 2025, nine students from Uzbekistan took part in the regional stage of the Huawei ICT Competition 2025-2026 for the countries of the Middle East and Central Asia, which was held at the Huawei ICT Academy at the Muhammad al-Khorazmi Technical Technical University.

Huawei ICT Academy students from 14 countries took part in the competition, performing online testing and practical laboratory tasks. The participants from Uzbekistan were divided into three teams and competed in the areas of Network, Computing and Cloud.
