On May 11, the Association of IT Education, with the support of the Ministry of Digital Technologies, held an award ceremony for outstanding girls in the IT field in Uzbekistan. At the event, a student of Inha University in Tashkent Nodira Otabekova as a participant in the Seeds for the Future 2023 educational project was also awarded. Last year, Nodira Otabekova became the team leader of the “TechnoMinds” team, which won the title of regional champion and silver medalist of the Tech4Good competition. This year, Nodira was selected as one of ten global ambassadors for Seeds for the Future 2024.
Nodira Otabekova shared her experience of participating in the international Seeds for the Future program, talking about the team’s work on their own startup project “Aquatibia”, visiting Qatar and the UAE, participating in COP28, as well as plans to visit China next month.
“Seeds for the Future opens up endless opportunities for young ICT talent. And today, as a global ambassador of Seeds for the Future, let me announce that this year the regional program will be held in Uzbekistan,” shared Nodira.
