An open dialogue took place at Inha University in Tashkent with our successful graduate, Rustam Zokirov, and our students. Rustam, who recently received an offer from Google, shared his experience and invaluable knowledge in the field of high technology.
During the session, Rustam talked about his work experience at leading IT companies such as Epam Systems and Exadell before landing his dream job at Google. His journey from a successful student at IUT to a professional in leading technology companies is a bright example of his dedication and hard work.
Rustam emphasized the importance of interview preparation in shaping one’s career and shared his preparation strategies, which included rigorous practice, studying algorithmic problems, and refining his problem-solving skills.
His disciplined approach was a decisive factor in his success. The success of our graduates motivated the students. Rustam highlighted the potential and opportunities available to IUT students, inspiring them to set high goals and work diligently to achieve them.
