On October 16, representatives from UZCARD visited Inha University in Tashkent and conducted an open session, presenting the UNICORN internship program for students. Fourth-year IT students submitted their applications to participate and had the opportunity to ask questions about the internship.
Internship participants will have the chance to develop their fintech projects under the guidance of UZCARD experts.
The UNICORN program will consist of:
 • Six months of intensive training in both soft and hard skills – students will learn Agile project management, Lean Startup Canvas methodology, the basics of financial accounting and risk management, data handling and marketing, teamwork and public speaking, time management, and communication skills.
 • Three months of project work – with the support of mentors, teams of interns will develop fintech products from scratch.
The top students will be offered employment and the opportunity to bring their ideas to life.
