The election of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan took place on July 9 at the 43rd polling station of Mirzo Ulugbek district, located at Inha University in Tashkent.
The elections were held openly and democratically, in accordance with the law and international standards. The election process was broadcast live under the supervision of international observers, the media and television representatives.
The polling station was attended by a large number of people. The high professionalism of the staff of the precinct commissions and the activity of the population were especially noted.
