Navruz, a spring festival that calls for friendship and goodwill among the nations of the world, was celebrated at Inha University in Tashkent.
The celebration of the spring equinox Navruz is the reflection of the most beautiful and noble traditions of the Uzbek nation, an invaluable legacy of their ancestors. This is a bright holiday that brings people together, spreading smiles and joyful spiritual mood among them.
It grew to a good tradition that the team of Inha University in Tashkent celebrates Navruz with new achievements and great hopes for the future. And traditionally, like all the people of Uzbekistan, it rejoices life and makes wishes to the sounds of karnay-surnay.
The festive concert began with a welcoming speech by Mr. Muzaffar Jalalov, the Rector of Inha University in Tashkent, – “Dear professors, colleagues, students and guests of the University, I congratulate you all on the bright holiday of spring – Navruz! This holiday is a symbol of renewal of the nature, which fills people’s hearts with joy, inspiration and hopes for the fulfillment of good desires. Let it bring you spring mood, bring well-being, happiness and warm comfort to your homes. I wish you good health, success in your endeavours, peace and prosperity! ”
During the concert, all the participants and guests of the festival enjoyed the colorful oriental dastarkhan.
The youngest participants, the 5th grade pupils from the specialized school named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi pleased everyone with their performace.
The holiday brought everyone a good mood and many positive emotions, and also left everyone with the warmest feelings in their hearts.
