Today, September 20, at Inha University in Tashkent, a ceremony of presenting certificates and souvenirs from Digital Generation to successful graduates of the second season of Digital Camp took place. The award was held as part of a press conference on such large-scale events as the Google Developers Group and Startup Weekend Women, during which event participants learned about upcoming projects in the field of information and communication technologies.
The event was attended by acting Rectors of Inha University in Tashkent Muzaffar Jalalov, chairman of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan Alisher Sadullaev, vice-rector of Inha University in Tashkent / Director of Al-Khorezmi IT school Khilol Umarov, director of Digital Generation Azamat Jalalov and others.
The participants of the event got acquainted with the activities of “Digital Generation”, which is a unique project-strategy of Inha University in Tashkent in cooperation with the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications, as well as UzCard to create a community of like-minded people “Digital Generation”.
Inha University in Tashkent provides great opportunities for young people to develop in the IT sphere, create real projects, get acquainted with the leading specialists of the region, undergo business simulations and practical cases.
During the event, it was noted that the main objective and goal of the project is the formation of an IT community of like-minded youth who are interested in global technological trends in such areas as programming, robotics, design, media and digital marketing.
It should be noted that according to the results of the second season of “Digital Camp”, participants who continue to develop themselves in their field and abroad, took part in major IT events in Turkey and organize an independent trip to Georgia in order to improve their knowledge and skills, studying foreign experience.
At the same time, the participants of the event were expected to make speeches by the future leaders of the Students’ Union of Inha University in Tashkent, as well as the presentation of the Google Developers Group, which is an open and independent community of people using Google products and technologies who want to know about them more, share experiences and chat on these topics with other Google users.
