An international conference “Open Data Tashkent 2019” was held at Inha University in Tashkent

On September 27, at the Inha University in Tashkent, as part of the ICT Week – Uzbekistan 2019, an international conference “Open Data Tashkent 2019” was held.

 The conference was devoted to the development of open data in Uzbekistan, the study of successful international experience in the functioning of portals and the exchange of best practical knowledge in this field.

 The main goal of the conference is the timely and high-quality implementation of the tasks set by the country’s leadership on the further development of open data in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

 At the conference, an exchange of views took place on ensuring the openness of government agencies, with the participation of specialists from the Goskomstat, the World Bank, the National Agency for Project Management, the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications Development, and the OSCE project coordinator in Uzbekistan.
