Lecturer of the first category of Inha University in Tashkent Bahodir Ahmedov was awarded the “Shukhrat” medal

We are pleased to announce that at the meeting of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan with teachers, professors and the scientific community on September 30, a lecturer of the first category of Inha University in Tashkent, Dr. Bakhodir Ahmedov was awarded the State Award “Shukhrat” (Medal of Glory), “for a worthy contribution to the development of the education system of our country in accordance with international standards, the successful implementation of reforms in the field, the widespread introduction of advanced foreign experience into the educational process, innovative pedagogical and information and communication technologies, great services in teaching young people the basics of science and modern professions, increasing its intellectual potential, exemplary activities for the training of highly qualified personnel, the formation of a healthy and harmoniously developed generation, its upbringing in the spirit of love for the Motherland and devotion to the ideas of independence, as well as for active participation in public life.”

Note that Dr. Bakhodir Ahmedov received his doctorate at the age of 25 from the Technical University of Aachen in Germany (which is in the top 2 best technical universities in Germany and is ranked 145th in the QS Global World Ranking). He received his Master’s degree from the Grand University in Spain under the Erasmus – Casia program. Graduated with honors from the National University of Uzbekistan. He has been in several research centers to exchange and gain knowledge and experience in Italy (ICTP, SISSA), Germany (Oberwolfach), India (IUCAA) and the USA (Ki-NET).

Bakhodir Ahmedov began working at Inha University in Tashkent in September 2016 as a lecturer of the first category (Assistant Professor). He teaches mathematics courses at the SOCIE faculty. Over the past 4 years, he has conducted more than 20 courses for all 3 generations of our graduates. During the COVID 2019 pandemic, he made a valuable contribution to the digital content creation of the University’s online courses.
