GRANTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS

In Inha University in Tashkent, there are three types of financial support for students:

  • Academic Scholarship
  • Scholarships and Grants from Partner Companies and Sponsors

1.Academic Scholarship

Inha University in Tashkent rewards students with high academic performance.

Each semester, a student ranking is formed based on GPA. The calculation is done separately for each undergraduate year.

Number of scholarships per semester:

Faculty of SOCIE (Computer and Software Engineering):

  • 4 students receive 100% tuition coverage for one semester
  • 6 students receive 50% tuition coverage for one semester

Faculty of SBL (Business and Logistics):

  • 2 students receive 100% tuition coverage for one semester
  • 3 students receive 50% tuition coverage for one semester

Requirements:

  • At least 16 academic credits earned in the previous semester
  • GPA:

4.0 or above — 100% scholarship

3.7 or above — 50% scholarship

Scholarships are granted for one semester. Rankings are updated every semester.

2.Scholarships and Grants from Partner Companies and Sponsors

Each year, students at Inha University in Tashkent are awarded scholarships and grants from leading companies and organizations. These grants may fully or partially cover tuition fees, provide monthly payments, or be merit-based scholarships. Some scholarships may also include future employment or professional cooperation.

Examples of grants and scholarships already received by students:
Scholarship from the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, scholarship from Shinhan Bank, state scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, named scholarship in honor of Islam Karimov, grant from Sturgeon Foundation, other corporate and named scholarships.

Information about competitions and conditions for receiving such grants is announced during the academic year.
