INHA – IUT Collaborative Entrepreneurship Program

We are pleased to announce the recruitment of participants for our collaborative program in partnership with Inha University students in Korea. If you are an SBL student interested in entrepreneurship and eager to gain valuable knowledge and practical experience, this is an opportunity for you to join hands with fellow students and embark on a rewarding journey.

Objectives:

  • Foster an understanding of domestic and international entrepreneurship ecosystems, enhance global mindset, and cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Conduct training where Korean and Uzbekistan students form teams together to develop concrete business ideas.
  • Prepare for practical entrepreneurship through the implementation of lean startup methodologies.
  • Have at least one team among the participating teams obtain a business registration certificate and develop a market entry strategy for Uzbekistan.
  • Identify five prospective entrepreneurial teams (with at least one IUT student and one Inha University student each).

Recruitment Plan

Recruitment size: 10 participants.
※ Due to the limited number of available seats, the selection process for applicants may occur on an early basis or through a separate screening process.

Business Plan Refinement August (Upon returning to Korea) Refinement and sharing of business plans with selected participants
Team Building September Formation of 5 teams consisting of IUT students and Inha University members based on business plans and ideas
Idea Exploration and Entrepreneurship Education October – Identification of entrepreneurial ideas by each team

– Curriculum implementation for idea refinement, etc.

Exploring the Startup Ecosystem in Incheon October – Relevant organizations: Startup Park

– Companies: Celltrion, Samsung Biologics, Used Car Complex in Songdo

Group Planning October  
Prototype Development Support October to November – Support of 1 million KRW for prototype development per team

– Submission of plans and progress reports

Advanced Education November – Advancement of Business Motel

– Creation of Lean Startup Canvas

Mentoring November – 1-hour mentoring sessions per team (total of 4 sessions)

– Topics: Business Model, Investor Relations, Business Plans, Expert Guidance (Inha University Entrepreneurship Mentors)
