🔹Inha University in Tashkent hosted the first large-scale KIDS HACKATHON 2024

On August 6th, Inha University in Tashkent, in collaboration with the MARS IT School organized the largest programming hackathon for children – KIDS HACKATHON 2024.
The Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Digital Education Development Center, IT Park, and the Republican Scientific and Methodological Center for the Development of Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan support the hackathon.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our collaborative partners: International Coding Academy, AKFA Group, CoddyCamp, Oqtepa Lavash, RM Club, The Tech, Gorod 24, We Project Media, and Dinay.
Over 350 schoolchildren aged 7 to 17 participated in the hackathon, working throughout the day to create innovative programming projects and competing for a prize fund of 20,000,000. At the end of the hackathon, participants attended sessions on how to effectively prepare a pitch presentation. Each team presented their projects to the jury, who then selected 7 winning teams.
