“Legal Regulation and Efficiency of Management of the Digitalization System in Uzbekistan”

The Rector of Inha University in Tashkent, PhD Muzaffar Djalalov, published an article in co-authorship with the researcher of the Institute of State and Law under Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan Darya Abdalimova in the journal “Jamiyat va Boshqaruv” on the topic:

“Legal Regulation and Efficiency of Management of the Digitalization System in Uzbekistan”

The article is devoted to the issue of digitalization of higher educational institutions, as well as difficulties in the implementation of normative legal acts and strategic documents. The relevance of the digitalization of higher education is currently associated with the need to form a legal basis for digital transformations of education as a single system of interchangeable normative legal acts.
