The Olympiad consisted of two rounds and was held as individual competitions. In the first round, participants were given 5 tasks related to solving practical problems using programming. In the second round, students had to develop comprehensive software for solving cybersecurity tasks.

The Olympiad brought together more than 270 students from 52 universities from 18 countries around the world – Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Iran, Libya, Qatar, Turkey, Germany, Romania, Georgia, and China.
