Team Tecnas, led by an IUT student, won the World Summit Technovation Girls 2023 in California

 

The World Summit Technovation Girls 2023 was held in California, where finalists from all over the world presented their projects.

The Tecnas team presented its project from Uzbekistan under the mentorship of Nodira Tillayeva, a student at Inha University in Tashkent.

The Tecnas senior team won the Social Impact Award. This is an award for the best project that contributes to solving social problems.

This year, a record number of participants registered in the World Summit Technovation Girls 2023 program – 1,000 schoolgirls from all over the country.

The winning team of Tecnas developed the Sinov application – a virtual laboratory that solves the problem of the lack of laboratories and scientific equipment in schools in Uzbekistan.

This is an important victory not only for the team, Inha University in Tashkent but also for the entire Technovation Girls community in Uzbekistan.
