Hangeul Day celebration was held at IUT

The Korean Alphabet Day, known as Hangeul Day, is a national Korean commemorative day signifying the invention and the proclamation of Hangul, the alphabet of the Korean language invented by the 15th-century Korean monarch Sejong the Great.

The event program included:

  1. Explanation of the meaning of Hangeul Day.
  2. Writing your name in Korean.
  3. Calligraphy and Writing Contest
  4. Korean quiz game.
  5. Expressing Korean with body language.
