On the 4th of May, at Inha University in Tashkent, the largest student event of the year, the Case-Student Championship “Uzbekistan Contest Spring’19”, under the Job Fest (Job Fair).
Case-championships help students apply theoretical knowledge and practical skills in solving real problems, as well as help identify talented young people. In turn, thanks to a set of a case-championship and a career fair, students can be represented to employers and receive a cherished job invitation.
Also a large-scale job fair was organized (Job Fest)
At Job Fest, there were representatives of international and local companies of Uzbekistan: Coca Cola, KPMG, Beeline, UMS, UzAuto, TBC, Unique Present, Korzinka, Makro, etc.
Students from 40 Universities took participation in the Case Championship . However, the finalists become:
– Inha University in Tashkent (2 teams);
– Branch of the Russian Institute of Oil and Gas. Gubkina in Tashkent;
– Westminster International University in Tashkent (WIUT);
– National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek;
– Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies (TASHGIV).
All students had a unique chance to meet and talk with representatives of the best companies, leave their resumes and get the opportunity to get an internship.
In the finals of the Case Championship, students from Inha University in Tashkent won and received prizes from organizers and sponsors: internships at companies, access to training courses and programs, and other prizes.
