Foundation-Level Preparatory Program

1. Admission Quota for the 2026–2027 Academic Year

Applicants admitted to the Foundation-Level Preparatory Program will undertake a structured academic curriculum consisting of Mathematics, Physics, English, Introduction to Information Technology, Social Science, Economics, and Elective Modules.

Upon successful completion of the Program, students will be awarded a Foundation Program Certificate and an Academic Transcript showing the credits earned and the learning outcomes achieved.

The admission quota may not be completely filled if applicants do not satisfy the academic and English language requirements or fail to meet the minimum admission requirements established by the Program Admission Committee.

2. Eligibility for Admission to the 2026–2027 Academic Year

2.1 Foundation-Level Preparatory Program Admission

Eligibility for admission to the Foundation-Level Preparatory Program is open to applicants who have successfully completed, or are expected to complete before enrolment, a secondary education qualification recognized by the Program Admission Committee or study in final year of high school.

Admission is based on the applicant’s academic qualifications and recognized international English language qualifications. Applicants must hold a valid English Language Qualification Certificate (minimum IELTS Academic 5.5 or an equivalent qualification accepted by the Program Admission Committee).

All admitted applicants must demonstrate the required level of English language proficiency before the commencement of studies:

* Applicants must demonstrate English language proficiency through an internationally recognized English Language Qualification Certificate accepted by the Program Admission Committee.

Accepted English Language Qualifications include IELTS Academic, TOEFL iBT, Pearson PTE Academic, Duolingo English Test, Cambridge English Qualifications, LanguageCert Academic, Trinity ISE, and other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Program Admission Committee.

Applicants who have completed their secondary education in English, or who are citizens of countries where English is an official language, may be exempt from submitting an English Language Qualification Certificate, subject to approval by the Program Admission Committee.

2.2 International Students Special Admission

2.2.1 Eligibility

Applicants who satisfy all of the following requirements are eligible for the International Student Special Admission:

  • Applicants who have successfully completed, or are expected to complete before enrolment, a secondary education qualification recognized by the Program Admission Committee.
  • Applicants who hold citizenship of a country other than the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • Applicants admitted through the International Student Special Admission must satisfy the English Language Requirements listed below:

* Applicants who have completed their secondary or higher education through the medium of English, or who are citizens of countries where English is an official language, may be exempt from the English language proficiency requirement upon approval of the Program Admission Committee.

3. Admission Process for the 2026–2027 Academic Year

The admission process for the Foundation-Level Preparatory Program shall be conducted in accordance with the official Admission Timeline published by the Program Admission Committee.

Applicants are required to submit their application and all required supporting documents within the specified application period.

4. Application Procedure & Required Documents

 4.1 Regular Admission:

How to Apply: Applicants must complete the official application form and submit all required documents within the established application period. Applications may be submitted through the official online application platform or by any other method approved by the Program Admission Committee.
Required Documents (to be submitted through the official online application platform):

  • Copy of Passport or National Identity Card;
  • Copy of Secondary Education Diploma or Certificate with Academic Transcript (or an official certificate of expected graduation, where applicable);
  • Recent passport-size photograph (3.5 cm × 4.5 cm) taken within the last three months;
  • English language qualification certificate (IELTS Academic, TOEFL iBT, Pearson PTE Academic, Duolingo English Test, Cambridge English Qualifications, LanguageCert Academic, Trinity ISE, or equivalent qualification recognized by the Program Admission Committee), or an official letter issued by the educational institution confirming that the applicant completed their studies in English;

All required documents must be submitted by the published application deadline.

Please note that if any submitted document, including the English language qualification certificate or an official letter confirming that the applicant completed their studies in English, is found to be false or fraudulent, the applicant’s admission may be cancelled in accordance with the Program Admission Regulations.

Note: Any application form and documents submitted through email will not be accepted.

Successful applicants of the Foundation-Level Preparatory Program As announced by the Program Admission Committee Only English Language Qualification Certificates obtained within the previous two (2) years from the date of application shall be accepted.

 

4.2 International Students Special Admission

   4.2.1 Application Procedure

How to Apply: Applicants must complete the online application through the official Foundation-Level Preparatory Program admission portal.

Required Documents:

  • Copy of Passport or National Identity Card;
  • Copy of Secondary Education Diploma or Certificate with Academic Transcript (or an official certificate of expected graduation, where applicable);
  • Recent passport-size photograph (3.5 cm × 4.5 cm) taken within the last three months;
  • English Language Qualification Certificate (IELTS Academic, TOEFL iBT, Pearson PTE Academic, Duolingo English Test, Cambridge English Qualifications, LanguageCert Academic, Trinity ISE, or equivalent qualification recognized by the Program Admission Committee), or an official letter issued by the educational institution confirming that the applicant completed their studies in English;
  • Personal Statement;
  • Study Plan;
  • Letter of Recommendation.

Submission Deadline for English Language Qualification Certificates:

The deadline for submission shall be announced by the Program Admission Committee. Only English Language Qualification Certificates obtained within the previous two (2) years from the date of application shall be accepted.

* Tuition fees for the 2026–2027 Academic Year are subject to change without prior notice.

Please note that tuition fees for domestic students (citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan) shall be paid in Uzbek Sums (UZS), while tuition fees for international students shall be paid in United States Dollars (USD), in accordance with the applicable tuition fee schedule.
