A graduate of Inha University in Tashkent has created Alifbo, an open-source Uzbek Latin converter

The idea for Alifbo came to Azizullo Temirov after the announcement of Uzbekistan’s transition to the updated Latin script. The service works directly in a browser and allows users to convert not only text but also entire documents, including Word files.

As an open-source project, Alifbo can also be studied, adapted, and integrated into other systems by developers and organizations.

We are proud to see our graduates using technology to create practical solutions and contribute to Uzbekistan’s digital development.
