On February 14, the rector of Inha University in Tashkent, Muzaffar Djalalov, who is on a business trip to Korea, met with the Executive Vice President of ETRI Kang, Sung Won.
During the meeting, the parties discussed plans to open an R&D center, open an ETRI laboratory for AI research at Inha University in Tashkent, attract teachers, and organize joint master classes and seminars.
The Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) is a publicly funded non-profit research institute. In the 1980s, ETRI developed TDX (Time Division Exchange) and 4M DRAM (Dynamic Random Access Memory).
