Inha University in Tashkent hosted an international forum “The role of women in the sustainable development of science, technology and innovation in society”

On February 13, the forum “The role of women in the sustainable development of science, technology and innovation in society” was held at Inha University in Tashkent. This international forum was organized by the State Committee for Family and Women, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, the Ministry of Digital Technologies, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, the Academy of Sciences and other local and foreign partners.

The forum discussed the results of scientific research conducted by the women of our country, the demonstration of reports, projects and research, as well as support for creative and scientific potential. More than 200 scientific reports were accepted in 10 different areas. The forum was organized to motivate girls and women to receive higher education and training in modern professions.

It should be noted that this forum is dedicated to the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, which has been celebrated annually since 2016 on February 11 at the initiative of the UN.
