In Seoul, the “Uzbekistan Outsourcing Conference” was held, organized by the Ministry of Digital Technologies and “IT-Park.” During the opening of the event, the Minister of Digital Technologies, Sh. Shermatov spoke about the reforms being implemented by the Head of State in the ICT sector in our country, the conditions created for IT companies introduced benefits and much more.

Representatives of major South Korean IT companies and former First Deputy Minister of Security and Public Administration of the Republic of Korea Kim Nam Sok also attended the event. Mr. Kim Nam Sok served as the First Deputy Minister of ICT of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 2013 to 2017. He spoke about the strength of relations between Uzbekistan and Korea as a great benefit to both countries.

During the event, representatives of Inha University in Tashkent presented the achievements of jointly implemented education in Uzbekistan, while GEO2 Global discussed the successful development of the joint venture based on IUT.

Also, the event was attended by the leaders of 72 companies and organizations, totaling more than 130 guests.
