Students of Inha University in Tashkent became winners of the Uzum Hackathon

On April 11–12, the Uzum Hackathon was held for students and young professionals, where participants worked on real cases and presented their solutions in e-commerce, digital advertising and HR tech.

In 2 out of the 3 competition categories, teams from Inha University in Tashkent became the winners!

1st place was taken by the PrismX team — Saidakhmedova Amina, Ryazanova Aleksandrina, Sedelkov Andrey, Shaykhutdinov Amir and Rafiev Alisher — earning a prize of 30,000,000 UZS!
Participants developed a system that uses ML-models to predict when and with what probability trends will migrate from other countries to Uzbekistan, and based on this provides recommendations on in-demand products to marketplace sellers.

2nd place was taken by the Anora team — Mirakmal Mirzakhidov, Ezoza Gulomjonova, Khojiakbar Khakimov, Sanjar Abdufattohov and Fatina Eshonkulova — earning a prize of 20,000,000 UZS!
Students created a platform for managing digital advertising and automating advertisement placement with audience and placement targeting.
